Sad news

Last night, one of the residents at my internship site passed away. :( I never met the gentleman, but everyone really loved him and they were having a hard time today. It was sad. I didn't know him and I feel like I missed out on meeting a great man. He's been sick for some time and slipped into a coma recently after his wife passed away. The director stated that the gentleman was ready to go, so he was at peace and in no pain. A couple people picked him up from our location today and I saw them take his body out with the American flag over him. Just lift him and his family up your prayers.
